When and how will my order ship?

Typically, our orders are fulfilled within 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that we do not package orders on weekends or holidays.

Once your order is ready for shipment, we use reliable shipping partners such as USPS and UPS to deliver your popcorn to you. The actual delivery time may vary based on your location and the shipping option you choose during checkout. Rest assured, we are dedicated to getting your order to you as swiftly as possible, ensuring you can enjoy our gourmet popcorn at its freshest.

How will I be informed when my order is shipped?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the necessary details. Please keep in mind that tracking information typically becomes available and updates within approximately 24 hours after you receive the confirmation email. This will allow you to stay informed about the progress of your order and its estimated delivery time.

I haven’t received my package yet. Help!

Please be aware that during peak seasons, delays may arise with our carriers, namely USPS and UPS. If your package has not been delivered yet, we kindly request your patience and advise waiting for the standard delivery time mentioned in the tracking notification email before seeking assistance.

Should your anticipated delivery date have gone by, or if your tracking information has not updated for 3-5 business days, we recommend getting in touch with your local USPS office/UPS store. Alternatively, feel free to reach out to us at orders@lisaspopcorn.com for further assistance.

Our commitment to you is evident in our approach: we only add a nominal fee of $1 to the shipping price provided by our partners. This slight adjustment helps cover expenses related to packaging materials like boxes and tape.
